Great, professional experience. We had paintwork and carpentry done in my apartment. Kirk is very experienced and was able to assist us in finding solutions which matched our budget. Would use again in a heartbeat.

They arrived within the hour after I called. I had a broken valve in the shower and the water wouldn't go off. The plumber found the problem, bought the new part, replaced it in a timely fashion and cleaned up after himself so the house was in great shape.

I explained to Kirk Rotger what i needed done,and if his price and turn around time was reasonable i wanted job done asap. He got right back to me and explained his rate and he had a guy available. we set day/time and Marcelo arrived on time,went the extra mile to complete the job(with Kirk's permission)he did a excellent job,was respectful and courteous;most of all he left my property clean exactly as he found it and that meant alot to me. I will be using New Millennium Home Improvement again. I most certainly recommend them.

Professional, friendly and most importantly workmanship was excellent. I hired them to add crown molding to my living room and expand the entryway from my foyer. They also painted my living room, foyer and 2nd floor landing. I will be hiring them again to do more work around my house. I recommend this contractor!

All provided a quick response and were honest about there capabilities. New Millennium were given the job because they appeared to have all the experience required. The job was not only dry wall. They did an excellent job. I would use them again if the need came up.

Recently, New Millennium completely renovated my small bathroom. It was a two week project and was a pleasure to be involved with from the planning to the disposal of all the debris. Several different skills were on display as crews cycled through the demolition to the construction of new walls to the installation of new title, lights,sink and shower. All who were part of each different phase were courteous, efficient and professional. Under Kirk's management, each group rotated seamlessly building on the previous groups work. Often I was asked my opinion on placement of the accent tile, or the exact placement of the new shower. .Individuals went out of their way to make the experience easier on me. One such individual went so far as to shovel snow away from my car on his way home at night! I am 76 and enjoyed watching the birth of my new shower. I can see where renovation can be very disruptive. Kirk and all who worked here made the experience worry-free for me.I could trust them all.
